The Racing for Dilano Foundation provides Recovery Support to young motorsport talent after crashes or serious injuries. Inspired by Dilano van ’t Hoff, former Formula 4 champion and Formula 3 driver, we help drivers restore their physical and mental strength and prepare for a safe, confident, and competitive comeback.

What began as Dilano’s personal recovery journey has grown into a professional support network, combining physical and mental guidance with race-specific preparation.

Recovery is a race against the clock

In motorsport, time is everything, especially during recovery: the most crucial, yet often overlooked, phase of a racing career. Every missed training day or race interrupts a driver’s development and increases performance pressure. Yet young talents are often left to navigate this critical phase alone. Incomplete recovery or returning too quickly increases physical vulnerability and can lead to new injuries, setbacks, and delays in the development of a promising racing career.
